Great coffee with a personal touch

The coffee's great... love the flavour of the Peaberry Premium. Loved the customer service even more. When my package was delayed by the shipping company the owner personally followed up and speed dispatched a replacement package at no extra cost. That's 5 Stars for customer focus.

Over-roasted trash & zero customer support.

Peaberry premium is supposed to be a medium light roast. It is not only darker than an actual medium light but also darker than their own Thogarihunkal (pictures available).

I understand there is a degree of subjectivity in roast levels, but this is too much - the delivered Peaberry Premium is a dark roast by any standards.

When I emailed them about it, no response whatsoever. I strongly suspect other reviews are fake.
