About the Producer
Ashok Patre is the third-generation grower at Ratnagiri Estate, a farm nestled in the biodiverse hills of Chikmagalur. Under his care, the estate has become a benchmark for innovation in Indian coffee — with controlled fermentations, shade-grown biodiversity, and a deep focus on clarity and terroir. His work blends scientific precision with ecological intention, producing coffees that are consistently expressive, clean, and memorable.
Cold Brew Expression
Brewed at a 1:10 ratio over 16 hours, Kusum reveals its most refreshing experience : deep rose, a tropical burst of lychee and mangosteen. The florals hold steady even when chilled, and the structure remains elegant and pulpy. We highly recommend this as a cold brew with a cloth filtration.
