This is the classic Indian Filter made up of stainless steel. One of the simplest brewing method and most loved by us as it extracts each and every note present in the coffee into the cup!
The smaller filter for 1-2 Cups produces 80ml decoction while the larger one for 3-4 cups filter produces 160ml of decoction. On an average you need 40ml decoction for a strong cup of coffee.
Indian Filter is used to obtain fresh, aromatic and strong coffee decoction. The decoction is then used primarily for preparing Filter coffee. But other coffee drinks can also be prepared.
