This is my second purchase from Kumaradhara Coffee. Thogarihunkal HSD makes a strong, robust and full of flavour brew. ( I haven’t tried this blend from other roasters for comparison though)

I’d appreciate if Kumaradhara Coffee can provide coffee : water recommended ratios for different brews. Thank you.

Not speciality by any stretch

Was recommended Kumardhara as near speciality at commodity prices, but it's absolutely not the case.

This is very much a harsh, rubbery commodity grade coffee. I got a zero bitterness cup on my first V60 brew, but that's because of my experience - otherwise, the coffee is very much a low quality coffee (and Thogarihunkal speciality from other roasters tends to be really good).

This will work well with milk, in say, a moka pot. But you are very much getting what you pay for. Actual speciality buyers, BEWARE!
