Peaberry is the best grade in pure Arabica coffee. It is MEDIUM ROASTED and has a lighter body.

As it is a weak bodied coffee, it contains very less acidity. The aftertaste of Peaberry Coffee is sweet and fruity and does not last long. This coffee can be summarized as brighter and lighter!

Reference taste profile - Bright & rich flavoured with Sweet & Fruity aroma along with pleasant bitterness. It's got a tinge of fruitish and floral note.

Kumaradhara Coffee - Peaberry

Tried the Peaberry from Kumaradhara Coffee with the default grind and medium roast. The packaging was excellent, and I was impressed by the freshness valve, which released a pleasant coffee aroma when the package arrived.

The grind was a bit finer than my preference, and while the roast level was as expected, I think a darker roast would better suit my taste. Compared to Peaberry coffees I've had from Cathos, I found the aroma and mouthfeel a little underwhelming.

That said, coffee is highly personal, and I'm not judging based on a single purchase. As a black coffee lover who enjoys bold, earthy notes and a fuller body, this particular profile may simply not have been the right fit for me. I'd happily try another batch with a darker roast in the future
